A Complimentary, personal and individual Tasting Appointment with Californos staff, Feeds 2-4 guests.  Schedule at least one hour for your individual appointment, usually two months before the wedding for a reception at Californos facility, or as early as the day you make your deposit payment when you hire Californos to cater your wedding reception in the Kansas City area (approved locations only).  Be ready to decide upon your menu at this appointment!  Also, please provide our staff with a list of any other wedding vendors with complete contact information at this time.

A tasting assortment (8 items to try) may also be purchased with 24 hours advanced notice for the price of $75 or $125 total for personal attention from our professional event specialists.
