Sustain your co-workers, friends and family for a long evening of celebration by feeding them an assortment from our heavy hors d’oeuvres menu. Choose a variety of sandwiches, salads, appetizers, hot hors d’oeuvres and specialty items to entertain large groups.
Your spread is served buffet style, with an option to pass some items. Various enhancements are available, though any of our unique fare is what we know will wow your guests and further all good will towards Californos for future events!
Choosing from this heavy appetizer menu is the way to go for most any party. Our menu provides for a meal you won’t forget, with a variety that offers something for everyone at your event, be it business or pleasure.
For wedding receptions and some other large events, Mixed Grill is included as a specialty entree and our staff will serve it to your guests as they pass near the enticing buffet.
A display of fruits +/or grilled vegetables may also be nice options, providing a great variety and a beautiful centerpiece for your table. Fruit with chocolate is something sweet to offer before dessert, while our vegetable assortment completes the impressive display with roasted potato, sweet potato + tomato, grilled squash, zucchini and asparagus.
For a cocktail party, you may opt to pick as few as three items, while you could make a dinner from this menu by choosing 8 appetizers. For groups of 150+, we recommend choosing up to 10; it’s included in the price.
A tasting appointment is included with wedding catering and for wedding receptions at Californos, but not for business dinners or rehearsal dinners. One could be arranged at any time for a $75 fee. Wine tasters can be served at the tasting, which feeds about 3 people a variety of eight appetizers, chosen by our chef, Marita K. Swift. Meanwhile, some appetizers are available on Californos daily bistro menu, while others are produced only by arrangement.
